Eva is a dedicated insurance professional who loves the industry she has served for many years. She brings experience and enthusiasm to the table in all pursuits. Whether it is finding solutions to issues or problem accounts, performing audits for internal controls, quality controls, or reinsurance reviews, designing a plan to implement your goals and strategies, or working on tough cases...you will find a solid, cost-effective resource to serve your needs.
Eva's background includes serving in executive roles (President of a primary P & C carrier, VP of Claims, Reinsurance Claims, and Operations), and working roles in claim management, MGA/TPA oversight, fraud investigation, and litigation management. As an owner of an independent consulting firm for over 10 years, Eva honed her skills in internal audits, reinsurance audits, contract compliance reviews, and process/procedural design.
Most recently, Eva has coordinated insurance and reinsurance user groups with developer teams during digital transformation projects that resulted in successful transition from legacy environments within carrier and reinsurance operations.
